Scheduling

By adapting well-tested scheduling tools, we can track the project’s progress in “real-time”. By utilizing the work breakdown structure (WBS) we can assess the progress of each task and each deliverable. Our master schedules are resource-loaded which allow us to ensure that properly sized crews and adequate manpower is provided to ensure no delays. Our two-week look ahead schedules allow us to further assess progress and make changes necessary to stay on track. At Interstellar we take deadlines seriously and understand that time means money. Along with regular schedule updates we provide custom-tailored progress updates and reports.
