Vital elements of the QAQC plan are proper documentation, regular and thorough inspections, audits and quality training. We adopted a Non-Compliance protocol which ensures that all repairs are as per specifications and meet industry standards. Each crew member is assigned QA/QC responsibilities and is a vital part of this process.
