Communication

Proper communications protocol ensures that all stakeholders are well informed of the project progress and status. We believe and practice full transparency and achieve this through several communications tools, including weekly progress reports, monthly financial statements, photo documentation and other specific reporting. We encourage weekly meetings with the Client and the engineering team to allow for collaboration and problem solving. While we work in occupied building, we work closely with property managers and coordinate all work activities to minimize impact on the residents and tenants.
